2. To ensure that our customers feel safe and travel with peace of mind amidst COVID-19 scare, here’s are the safety measures we are undertaking:

· Minimal-contact delivery in the light of physical distancing norms issued by the authorities

· Wearing a mask and gloves has been made a mandate for the delivery person

 3. As we prepare to resume our service in the locations listed above, here are some important safety guidelines we expect our customers to abide by when traveling in current times:

·   Please wear a mask and gloves when on the move

·   Keep all the required original documents handy for a smooth handover of the car

·   Ensure to get a valid e-pass (as recommended by the respective state authorities) before picking up the car, for a hassle-free travel experience

4. State-specific guidelines for secure and smooth travel amidst the times of COVID-19

Mumbai

·  We recommended booking with us online 4-5 days in advance, to avoid any 'uncalled for' interruptions and inconvenience

·  The police guidelines require one to have a valid e-pass for traveling within the city. Please apply for it here - https://covid19.mhpolice.in

·  To avail an e-pass, the vehicle number is required. Hence, upon booking confirmation, please send us an e-mail at help@mylescars.com to know the vehicle number
