This is a special rental product available only on select Myles cars.

You must book the car for a minimum period of 1 calendar month and a maximum period of 6 months.

You are entitled to a maximum of 120 km per day for the period of your booking. If you drive extra kilometres, you will be charged a per kilometre rate as per the car category.

No, like all other Myles products, the rental charge does not include fuel.

No, you cannot change your car in the middle of the rental period. However, in case of any changes, you will need to make a fresh booking to get another car.

The security deposit for the car remains the same as for the daily rental.

Yes, GST is charged over and above the basic rental amount.

The monthly rental being charged to you already includes 8 free days. Book for more than 3 months and you get more free days and you are also eligible for higher discounts! Check with our call centre on 888 222 2222 for more details.

You can extend your booking by contacting the customer care on 888 222 2222. Basis car availability and extra charges, they will help you extend the booking.

No, scheduled maintenance is free and included in your rental amount. We will call and arrange for a convenient time with you to pick up the car, get it serviced and drop it back to you – all at our own cost.

Not to worry, we will organise the scheduled maintenance as per your convenience and we keep a leeway of a few days for the same.

The car given to you is usually new and well maintained but scheduled maintenance is required for any long term booking. You will not be reimbursed for the service days.

While many of our cars are new, in case the car breaks down, you can call our 24*7 help desk 0888 222 2222 & we will guide you through the entire process. Do not leave the scene of the breakdown until proper support has arrived. For certain road side repair cases, you will have to make an upfront payment for availing the services. Roadside Repair is an event where the vehicle gets immobilized due to a rundown battery, punctured tyre, out of fuel situation (fuel cost to be borne by the customer) and immediate service on the spot is deemed possible. Cancellation of the service will not be possible once the repair service is activated.

Damage cost up to security deposit amount is to be paid by the customer on actuals. In case of a damage over security deposit amount, insurance claim will be filed and depreciation amount & parts which are not covered under insurance will be borne by the customer (*Refer Terms of use for more information). The assessment of damage made by the Company will be final.

The car is thoroughly checked before being handed over to you at the start of the booking. In case of negligence on the part of the customer resulting in an accident, no replacement car will be provided and booking amount along with security deposit will be forfeit.

No Myles Secure is not available on this monthly rental product

For Monthly Rentals:

  • If booking is cancelled within 24 hours of pickup time : Rs 200 or 50 % of Total Booking Amount (whichever is greater)  will be deducted and 3 % processing fee will be charged on rest of the refund amount.
  • If booking is cancelled at least 24 hours prior to pick up time, no rental will be deducted, only Rs. 200+ 3% processing fee will be charged on the refund amount.
  • If booking is cancelled at or after pick up time, it’ll be treated as no-show and no refund will be provided.

The person in whose name the car is booked is completely liable for damages done by anyone else driving the car. The Myles Secure does not cover any damage by act of god.
